Angels Fertility Centre has been caring for couples in Toli Chowki since September 2018. We are on the first floor of West Field Center, on the main road, and the consultation, the scans and the embryology all happen in this one building.

What is at the centre
Consultation, investigation and treatment happen in the same building, which means fewer journeys during a cycle.
- Fertility consultation, with a detailed history taken by the doctor
- Pelvic ultrasound and fertility testing
- Semen analysis, carried out and reported by our own embryology team at the first visit
- Our own embryology laboratory. Our embryology work is done in house by our own embryology team
- Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, performed at the centre
- General gynaecological consultation, menstrual health, hormonal evaluation and fertility counselling, handled inside your consultation at no separate charge
Who you will see
Your first consultation is with Dr Pranita O Somani, Consultant Fertility Specialist, who reviews your full history before recommending anything. She consults at Angels Fertility Centre and nowhere else.
Fertility is not only a woman's question. At Angels we investigate both partners from the first visit.
How we treat
Not everyone needs IVF. At Angels we start with the simplest treatment that can work for you, and we move to the next step only when there is a clinical reason to.
Ovulation stimulation with timed intercourse
The ovaries are stimulated, ovulation is monitored, and you are advised on timing.
IUI
Stimulation and monitoring, then prepared sperm placed directly into the uterus.
IVF with ICSI
Stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilisation in our own laboratory with ICSI, then embryo transfer.
Evaluation is the first step.
Will it work
The chances depend on the clinical scenario. No number can be stated. Only once the evaluation is done, based on the reports, we can give the patient a clearer picture.

Your first visit
Your first consultation at Angels is free, and so is your first scan. It applies once, to your first visit to the centre, whatever brings you here, including a second opinion on treatment you have had elsewhere.
Your husband or partner needs to attend with you, and you should bring any previous reports you have. Expect about thirty minutes with the doctor, and about an hour at the centre in all.
After you see the doctor, you meet our advisor, who explains the treatment and the full cost before you decide anything. We will tell you what your treatment will cost before you begin it. Nobody will rush you.
What happens at your first visitYour own eggs, your husband's own sperm
Treatment at Angels uses only the couple's own eggs and the husband's own sperm.
