Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described on this page.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, we collect only what we need in order to reply to you and arrange a consultation:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give it
- The language you prefer to speak in
- What you have told us about why you are getting in touch
- Your appointment date and time, and whether you attended
When you browse this website, we also collect standard technical information such as the pages you visited, the device and browser you used, and roughly where in the world you are. This is collected through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. It is not linked to your name.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone who wants to market an unrelated product to you.
Automated replies on WhatsApp
When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, you may receive an instant reply from an automated assistant. It can answer general questions about the centre, our timings and how to book. It does not give medical advice, and it will pass you to a member of our team for anything clinical or personal.
Messages you send on WhatsApp travel through the WhatsApp Business platform, which is operated by Meta and governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
Who else sees your information
- Our team at the centre, so that we can treat you.
- Digital AdAge LLP (Intentify Media), who run our website, our enquiry system and our advertising on our instructions, and who are bound to keep your information confidential.
- The platforms we use to reach you, namely Meta for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages, and Google for the website and its analytics.
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with, such as a regulator or a court.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you give us through this website, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook for one year from the last time you were in contact with us, and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Your medical records are a separate matter. Once you become a patient here, the records of your care are kept by the centre for as long as the law and good clinical practice require, and the one year above does not apply to them.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you and what we have done with it
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong, incomplete or out of date
- Ask us to erase your personal data, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw your consent at any time, including by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, if you are unable to
- Raise a complaint with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response
Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it, and it will not affect the care you receive.

Our Grievance Officer is Numair Shoukath. If you would like to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, if you want to withdraw your consent, or if you are unhappy with the way we have handled your information, please get in touch with him.

We keep your information on access-controlled systems and we limit who at the centre can see it. We treat anything you tell us as private. Our services are for adults. This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

What this website is for
This website gives general information about Angels Fertility Centre and the treatments we offer, and lets you request an appointment. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a replacement for one.
Booking an appointment
When you request an appointment through this website or WhatsApp, you are asking us for a slot. The appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it to you. We may need to move or cancel an appointment, and if we do, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer you another time.
Please tell us if you cannot attend. Someone else is usually waiting for that slot.
Fees
Your first consultation at Angels Fertility Centre is free, and so is your first scan. This applies once, to your first visit to the centre, whatever brings you here, including a second opinion on treatment you have had elsewhere.
We do not publish treatment prices on this website. After you see the doctor, you meet our advisor, who explains the treatment and the full cost before you decide anything. We will tell you what your treatment will cost before you begin it.
Treatment packages cover the stages described on the relevant treatment page. Some items, including medicines prescribed during or after treatment, are not part of the package and are charged separately. Your advisor will set out what applies to you before you begin.
Fees quoted to you are the fees that apply at the time they are quoted.
